We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Success Associate

Locations: Oshodi, Ifako- Ijaye & Mushin - Lagos



Employment Type: Contract

Reponsibilities

  • Identification and onboarding of buyers in a specific geographical cluster.
  • Assist buyers with setting up and navigating the platform.
  • Training buyers on how to use the platform.
  • Buyer account management.
  • Coordinating issue escalation and resolution on behalf of buyers.
  • Supporting buyers with order placement and delivery coordination.
  • Collecting feedback/data on app usage, bugs, improvements required etc.
  • Communicating new features to buyers.
  • Identify ways of improving buyer onboarding, support and account management processes.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing buyers as well as ensure satisfaction with the platform.

Requirements

  • ND or equivalent in business, Marketing or related experience within a similar role.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a client service/support/success role (experience in client services in an ecommerce provider is a plus).
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills at organizational levels, including written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of ecommerce is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Must be assertive, detail-oriented and self-directed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
