Job Summary


  • The Lease Sales Executives is tasked with generating High Net Worth corporate sales volume and revenue by identifying and prospecting new B2B customers, retaining and penetrating customer base to increase volume/revenue of business, refer prospects or for repeat patronage.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Fostering partnerships and relationships with high net worth corporate entities to generate lease leads for Operating leases, Finance lease and Business Support Loan/ Asset Cash Loan.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers that meet or exceed established quotas via prospecting, networking and referral activities within the assigned branche.
  • Develop new sales ideas and leads and ensure all viable leads are properly consummated.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide key business insights, define and implement appropriate sales, marketing, operational and business development strategies to maximize sales and profitability of the business.
  • Keep up-to-date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Customers by acting as a consultant, conducting periodic reviews and managing the voice of the customer process.
  • Keeping abreast of marketing activities, regulators requirements peculiar to our business
  • With a thorough understanding of the customer’s business model, identify and propose products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms to customers that translate into closed, contracted business deals.
  • Embrace a culture of integrity and professionalism and utilize this value-based selling methodology in all sales pursuits.
  • Conducting competitor and market analysis to determine and highlight key differentiators, monitor competitors’ activities including acquisitions, pricing changes and new product launch; with the aim of strategically positioning the brand and dominating the competitive landscape.
  • Monitoring the quality of marketing and sales information, defining data acquisition and management improvement programs.
  • Overcome technical, budgetary, and/or competitive sales objections to better position the company’s products against the competition.
  • Working closely with internal teams to provide key business insights, define and implement appropriate sales, marketing, and business development strategies to maximize sales and profitability of the business.
  • Coordinate team member selection, training and ensure they comply with appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years progressive experience in financial sales or corporate lease sales role
  • Good understanding of the market, competitors, industry laws and regulations
  • Natural sales instincts, high-energy and be a results driven sales professional with sound business acumen
  • A drive to reach sales and service goals
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
