Job Description
- Formulate
strategic commercial objectives for all products & services.
- Supervising and
administering all digital marketing and offline campaigns target at
website growth
- Maintain overall
administrative and budgetary control.
- Monitoring and
recommending pricing levels in the country to maximize yield and revenue
- Provide adequate
and timely feedback on achievements/deficiencies/market trends/ challenges
with recommendations and insights on issues.
- Develop and
implement strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales
targets and profitability goals.
- Research and
analyze market opportunities, identify potential customers, develop
business proposals, and negotiate business deals.
- Monitor and
analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to
identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and
maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers,
customers, and industry associations.
- Ensure compliance
with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Develop and
maintain a strong brand presence in the local market through marketing and
promotional activities.
- Develop and
prepare short-term and long-term plans that will ensure the effectiveness
of the unit; manage budget, maintain statistics, and meet targets.
- Oversee and
ensure all reservations and bookings are performed in compliance with
company policies and optimize client service delivery.
- Identify and
acquire new customers and also ensure their profitability is maintained.
- Ensure accurate
records of client interactions, reservations, payments, and other relevant
information using the company's ERP system or database.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum of 7
years’ experience in travel industry management or a related field, with
at least 2 years in a senior role, operations and marketing.
- Excellent
leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
teams to achieve business objectives
- In-depth
knowledge of the travel industry, including trends, challenges, and
opportunities
- Strong analytical
and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement
effective business strategies
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and
maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficient in
using Microsoft Office and other business software
