Job Description

  • Coordinate daily restaurant management operations
  • Deliver superior food and beverage service and while maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer and staff complaints
  • Coordinate daily frontend and backend of the restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring consistent quality delivery.
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
  • Ensure the restaurant’s compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it for marketing goals.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste while working in collaboration with the Accounting Officer and Store Keeper
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and campaigns)
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Implement policies, SOPs, and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations


  • A B.Sc Degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role
  • Proven work experience in customer service
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and waiter
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • Excellent communication, conversational and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Previous food safety training is a plus
  • Good problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Understands and values hospitality
  • Smart and motivated team player
  • This is a full-time position.
  • The applicant should be available to start immediately.

N200,000 / month.
