Job Description
- We are looking for a Store Keeper to manage its kitchen and supplies systems and processes.

Responsibilities
- To control all activities in the restaurant store
- Conduct physical stock audits on a regular basis
- Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the restaurant to the correct point of contact/storage area.
- Create and follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
- Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based onparlevels or needs.
- Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Manage team interactions while collaborating effectively with the kitchen manager and accounting officer
- Maintain accurate inventory master files, manufacturer and item numbers, minimums, and material descriptions.
- Monitoring of both quality and quantity of store materials
- Maintain proper store supplies and utilization records.
- Reconciles invoices then forwards both to accounts for payments
- Initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of kitchen and restaurant supplies in collaboration with the kitchen manager and accounting officer
- Initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing based on utilization report
- Document and present monthly store reports to advise management and stakeholders on required actions
- Organize and maintain storage and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling, including labeling/tagging, stocking, and organizing stock items on shelving.
Requirements
- A minimum B.Sc. Degree in the relevant fields
- Prior experience in store management or supply chain.
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Smart and motivated team player with great collaboration skills
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills
- Good at negotiations and
- Self-directed / Strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understands and values hospitality
- Good at report writing, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- This is a full-time position.
- The applicant should be available to start immediately.
Salary
N100,000 / month.
