Job Description

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and promoting our services to potential clients.
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their needs, address concerns, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with the provider network team to ensure the HMO has a robust network of healthcare providers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on utilizing the HMO's services. Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HMO operations and healthcare regulations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
