The Heartitudes Foundation reaches out to help those who are truly in need of help, especially in the areas of health and medical care. It has achieved a lot in the areas of promoting and improving healthy living standards, footing the medical bills of those who need it and rehabilitating patients back into the larger society.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic nursing care tasks under the supervision of registered nurses or healthcare professionals.
  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, feeding, and assistance with mobility.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
  • Support patients and their families by providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring infection control measures are followed.
  • Assist with the organization and stocking of supplies and equipment in patient care areas.
  • Participate in training and orientation sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in nursing care practices.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for helping others and a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients.
  • Compassion, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions from healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving roles is preferred but not required.
  • Nursing students or individuals with a background in nursing are encouraged to apply.
