The Heartitudes Foundation reaches out to help those who are truly in need of help, especially in the areas of health and medical care. It has achieved a lot in the areas of promoting and improving healthy living standards, footing the medical bills of those who need it and rehabilitating patients back into the larger society.

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Experienced in Healthcare / Development)

Position Overview
- As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our organization's reach and impact.
- Drawing upon your expertise in healthcare and community development, you will lead efforts to secure funding, develop programs, and engage volunteers to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities in healthcare, community development, and related sectors, conducting market research and analysis to assess feasibility and potential impact.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, corporate partners, and community organizations, to drive collaboration and support for our programs and initiatives.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure grants, sponsorships, donations, and other sources of funding to support organizational growth and sustainability.
- Collaborate with programmatic teams to design and launch new initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Experience working with volunteers or managing volunteer programs is preferred.
- Passion for our organization's mission and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
