Job Description

  • We are looking for a skilled receptionist to handle front desk duties and provide administrative support across the organization.
  • The receptionist will be responsible for managing our front desk on a daily basis and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and clients.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in any Social Science field with 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • Knowledge of office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
