Job Overview

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
  • The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales over the phone and maintaining customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
  • This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services, provide information, and generate sales.


  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and value propositions to customers.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Accurately record all customer interactions, sales activities, and updates in the CRM system.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and product development teams to enhance the customer experience.


  • OND in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2- 3 years of proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).

N50,000 + variable pay and other benefits.
